Most of android phone is just USB2.0 mode.

It will have good video frame rate for android application.

Not all of android phone can let uvc device work.

if not work, you can change another android phone

1. USB3.0 UVC hdmi capture card is just output 1280x720p 20fps for android application
(android cpu is not quick)

Usually , Android just can output 1280x720p 20fps.

2.1 It can not work on android 10 OS version

if the CPU is Mediatek SOC " MTXXXXX", grabber card can not work on this grabber card
