1. IP CAM must be 192.168.1.x

     (it is not be 192.168.1.217)

2. IP CAM encoder must be h.264  or h,.265 encoder

3. IP CAM have rtsp streaming url

4. it is better that main soc ic is Hisilicon  SOC.

For the fisrt use, please add your rstp streaming url into adapter

use your PC and turn on http://192.168.1.217/ipcam.php
