3. if your USB webcam it NOT Logitech webcam series.

please notice as below

① This adapter just can accept UVC1.1 verion. CAN NOT connect UVC1.5 version.

eg: USB -c output of ATEM mini video switcher

② This adapter CAN NOT connect USB3.0 mode uvc

you need check if your USB3.0 video device can be drop into USB2.0 mode

eg: USB3.0 FEBON169 uvc capture card can drop into USB2.0 mode

③ your USB webcam must be follow as below
