This video capture card uses the latest MS2130S chip, supporting up to 3840×2160 60fps MJPG / 3840×2160 30fps NV12 output.

Product Specifications:

  1. EDID: 1920x1080
When connected to an HDMI video source, it will request the HDMI source to output at 1920x1080. With an EDID emulator, you can force the HDMI source to output 4K.

  2. UVC Output: Up to 4096x2160 60fps MJPG

3. Built-in Scaler: The HDMI input resolution and UVC output resolution are independent.

  • For example: If the HDMI input is 3840x2160, the UVC output can be 3840x2160, 1920x1080, or 1280x720.

  • If the HDMI input is 1920x1080, the UVC output can be 1280x720 or 1920x1080.

4. UVC RGB Output: Currently has an issue where the image is flipped upside down. This can be corrected in OBS by flipping vertically.

5. Video Latency: Cannot measure exact latency, but can compare against AVerMedia BU113.

  • With HDMI source at 1920x1080p: latency is about 50ms higher than BU113.

                                    BU113 latency + 50ms

  • With HDMI source at 3840x2160: latency compared to BU113 shows no significant difference, almost identical.

                                    Bu113 latency + 0ms

6. No HDCP Bypass:
Can connect to the first-generation Nintendo Switch without issues. This has been tested and confirmed working on PC.
