This is a 4K 60fps USB 3.0 UVC HDMI capture card built with the MS2131S chip. It’s compatible with Sony Blu-ray players and can also capture video from an iPhone. In addition, it supports firmware updates and allows you to customize the PID and VID.

This video capture card uses the latest MS2130S chip, supporting up to 3840×2160 60fps MJPG / 3840×2160 30fps NV12 output.
2. firmware upgarde tools
a. Able to identify MacroSilicon chip series, such as the MS2109 series, MS2130 series, and MS2130S series.
b. Able to download and back up the firmware of MS2130 and MS2130S capture cards to a computer.
Capture cards with the same chip model can be interchanged.
c. Able to modify the PID and VID of the MS2130 and MS2130S series.

EDID: 1920x1080
When connected to an HDMI video source, it will request the HDMI source to output at 1920x1080. With an EDID emulator, you can force the HDMI source to output 4K. -
UVC Output: Up to 4096x2160 60fps MJPG
3. Built-in Scaler: The HDMI input resolution and UVC output resolution are independent.

For example: If the HDMI input is 3840x2160, the UVC output can be 3840x2160, 1920x1080, or 1280x720.

If the HDMI input is 1920x1080, the UVC output can be 1280x720 or 1920x1080.
4. UVC RGB Output: Currently has an issue where the image is flipped upside down. This can be corrected in OBS by flipping vertically.
5. Video Latency: Cannot measure exact latency, but can compare against AVerMedia BU113.
