please notice it before you use.

1. This product is not an HDMI scaler converter!

If the HDMI video source does not support the desired resolution, it cannot be captured.

For example:

If the HDMI output of the computer at the front end cannot output a 4K resolution.

When the EDID controller is adjusted to 4K 30fps (upscale), the output HDMI resolution may randomly output resolutions.

2. If the HDMI resolution output by the controller is not compatible with the display or capture device at the backend, there will be no video

3.HDMI video source, EDID controller, and display device (capture card) must all be compatible.

The resolution of the HDMI source, the EDID controller, and the display device (capture card) all need to match in order to succeed.

For example:

If the HDMI source resolution is actively requested by the EDID controller to output 1920x1080p,

And the display device at the backend is capable of receiving this resolution,

Then the final display will successfully show 1920x1080p at 60fps.
